Telecommunications (Interception) Act 1988Telecommunications (Interception) Act 1988 enables the South Australian Police Force as an agency for the objective of the Telecommunications (Interception) Act 1979 of the Commonwealth.

According to the law, Class 1 offences are -

  • A murder or any offence which is equivalent to the murder
  • A kidnapping or any offence which is very similar to the kidnapping
  •  

    State Records Act 1997State Records Act came in to existence on 31st October 1997 and it amends the Libraries Act 1982, Freedom Act of Information 1991 and Local Government Act 1934. State Records is the part of the Department for Administrative and Information Services. State Record is required every year for reporting to Minister who has to report on the administration of State Records Act to the Parliament.

    It is duty of State Records act to establish State Records
