Telecommunications (Interception) Act 1988 enables the South Australian Police Force as an agency for the objective of the Telecommunications (Interception) Act 1979 of the Commonwealth.

According to the law, Class 1 offences are -

State Records is the part of the Department for Administrative and Information Services. State Record is required every year for reporting to Minister who has to report on the administration of State Records Act to the Parliament.
